Steak Fajitas
  1. 4 tortillas, warmed
  2. ½ Del Monte® red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  3. ½ Del Monte® green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  4. ½ Del Monte® yellow pepper, thinly sliced
  5. ½ Del Monte® red onion, cut in thin slices
  6. 2 tbsp. olive oil
  7. 1 lb flank or skirt steak
  8. 1 tsp cumin
  9. 1 tsp garlic powder
  10. Salt and pepper
  11. Pico de Gallo (optional)
  12. Guacamole (optional)
  1. Sprinkle steak with cumin, garlic power, salt and pepper.
  2. On the stovetop, heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté onions and peppers until tender.
  3. While the vegetables are sautéing, broil steak for about 7 minutes, or until desired internal temperature in reached.
  4. Serve steak and fajita vegetables in the warmed tortillas.
  5. Flavor with pico de gallo and guacamole.
