Skillet Brussel Sprouts
Yields 4
  1. 4 tablespoons butter
  2. 2 garlic cloves, smashed
  3. 1 pound Del MonteⓇ pre-cut Brussels sprouts
  4. ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
  5. ½ cup chopped toasted walnuts
  6. ⅓ cup dried cranberries
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat melt butter.
  2. Add garlic and cook, stirring, until fragrant. Push garlic to side of skillet and add Brussels sprouts cut-side down. Sprinkle with salt.
  3. Turn heat down to medium-low, cover, and cook until Brussels sprouts are tender and well-browned, about 15 minutes.
  4. Transfer Brussels sprouts to a serving dish and toss with walnuts and cranberries.
