Pineapple Cranberry Sauce
  1. 2 cups of Del Monte Gold® Extra Sweet Pineapple, cored and cut into small chunks
  2. 1 ½ cups of cranberries
  3. 1 cup of white sugar
  1. Drain juice from cored pineapple into a measuring cup. Fill the measuring cup with enough water to fill entire cup.
  2. Pour mixture and sugar together in a saucepan; bring to a boil by stirring constantly. Add cranberries and return to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer until cranberries burst.
  3. Add pineapple chunks into cranberry sauce. Let the sauce cool before serving!
