Pineapple Cinnamon Tea
  1. ½ Del Monte Gold® Extra Sweet Pineapple, cored and cut into fine slices
  2. 4 packets of regular tea
  3. 1 cinnamon stick
  4. 5 cups of water
  5. ⅓ cup lemon juice
  6. 2 tbsp honey
  1. Boil water in a deep pot.
  2. Add pineapple and cinnamon and cook for about 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from the heat.
  4. Add the tea packets and allow to dissolve for about 5 minutes. Strain. Add lemon juice and honey to taste.
  5. Drink warm or cold!
