- 3 romaine hearts, chopped
- 1 Del MonteⓇ Cucumber, peeled, seeded, and chopped
- 2 cups Del MonteⓇ Bon Bon Tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup crumbled feta
- ½ cup pitted Kalamata olives
- 2 cups pita chips
- ½ cup prepared Greek or Italian dressing
- In a large bowl toss together romaine, cucumber, tomatoes, feta, olives, pita chips, and dressing. Serve immediately.
- To prepare as a meal preppable lunch salad, toss together all ingredients except dressing and divide among 4 containers. Place dressing (2 tablespoons per serving) in small containers and pack alongside salad.
