Frozen Yogurt Pineapple Skewers
  1. Del Monte Gold Extra Sweet Pineapple, cored and cut lengthwise into spears
  2. 1 cup Greek yogurt, flavor of choice
  3. 3 tbsp almond milk
  4. Sprinkles, nuts or other toppings
  5. Popsicle sticks
  6. Parchment paper
  1. In a small bowl, combine yogurt and almond milk.
  2. Carefully insert popsicle stick lengthwise through the center of pineapple spear.
  3. Hold pineapple skewer over bowl of yogurt and use a spoon to coat all sides.
  4. Place pineapple skewer on parchment paper-lined tray and top with sprinkles, nuts or other toppings.
  5. Once all your pineapple skewers are coated, place tray in freezer until frozen, at least one hour. Enjoy!
