Banana Caramel Parfait
  1. 3 ripe Del Monte® bananas, sliced
  2. 1½ cup canned coconut cream
  3. 1 tbsp maple syrup
  4. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  5. ½ cup sugar-free caramel
  6. Walnuts, chopped
  1. Add 1½ bananas, maple syrup and banana extract to a large mixing bowl. Beat on high with a mixer for one minute.
  2. Add in coconut cream. Beat on high for another 2–3 minutes until fluffy.
  3. In a glass, alternate layers between banana-coconut cream, banana slices and caramel.
  4. Top with chopped walnuts. Enjoy!
