Avocado Turkey Flatbread
  1. 1 Del Monte® Hass avocado, halved and cut into slices
  2. 1 Del Monte® tomato, cut into small slices
  3. 1 whole wheat flatbread
  4. ½ cup of shredded turkey breast
  5. 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  6. ½ cup of arugula
  7. 2 tablespoons tzatziki sauce
  1. Heat oven to 400ºF.
  2. Place flatbread on single layer on baking sheet; top with cheese and turkey.
  3. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until edges of flatbreads are golden brown and cheese is melted.
  4. Top with avocado, arugula and tomatoes. Drizzle with dressing and cut in half to serve!
