Avocado Egg Salad

Ingredients
  1. 6 large hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  2. 1 medium hass avocado, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  3. 2 tbsp fat free plain yogurt
  4. 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
  5. 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
  6. pinch freshly ground pepper
Instructions
  1. Combine the eggs with the avocado, yogurt, vinegar, salt and pepper.
  2. Mash with a fork.
  3. Roll into a whole wheat tortilla for a delicious wrap!
