- • 2 cups apple cider
- • 1/8 cup honey
- • 1 pineapple cut into spears, reserve ½ cup of juice
- • 1 large tea ball filled with mulling spices (cinnamon, anise seed, cloves)
- Combine apple cider, honey, and ½ cup of pineapple juice in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil for 1 minute.
- Add tea bag with mulling spices, steep 3-5 minutes.
- Discard tea bag and serve with a pineapple spear.
