Pasta Salad
  1. 3 cups spiral vegetable pasta cooked and drained
  2. 1 cup of fat-free ranch dressing
  3. 1 teaspoon of dried basil leaves
  4. 1 teaspoon of dried oregano leaves
  5. ¼ teaspoon of garlic powder
  6. 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper
  7. 1 cup sliced and quartered cucumbers
  8. 1 cup diced Del Monte® tomatoes
  9. 1 cup diced Del Monte® green peppers
  10. 3 Tbsp chopped Del Monte® onion
  11. 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  1. Cook 3 cups of pasta in a large pan.
  2. When pasta is ready, drain well and pour it into a large bowl.
  3. Add the cucumbers, tomatoes, green peppers, onions and sliced mushrooms to the pasta.
  4. In a smaller bowl, mix the dressing, basil, oregano, garlic powder and pepper.
  5. Add the dressing to the pasta mix and make sure that everything is evenly coated.
  6. Refrigerate and let sit for 2 hours before serving.
