Greek Salad
  1. 1 Del Monte® cucumber, sliced
  2. 2 Del Monte® tomatoes cut in wedges
  3. 1 can black olives
  4. 1/2 Del Monte® red onion, diced
  5. 1/2 cup reduced fat feta cheese
  6. Pre-made Greek salad dressing –or- olive oil and lemon
  7. Oregano
  1. Mix the cucumbers, tomatoes, black olives, red onion, and feta cheese in a bowl.
  2. Toss with a pre- made Greek salad dressing or with olive oil and lemon juice.
  3. Sprinkle with oregano.
