- 6 oz lettuce (recommend baby lettuces and radicchio)
- 1 Del Monte® Hass Avocado, cut in slices
- 1 tbsp. crumbled reduced fat feta cheese
- Salt and Pepper
- 2 tbsp. Light Balsamic Vinaigrette (or dressing of your choice!)
- 1 Boneless, skinless chicken breast
