Banana Bake
  1. 4 large Del Monte® bananas
  2. ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  3. ¼ cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
  4. 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  5. ½ tsp. cinnamon
  6. 1/8 tsp. salt
  7. ½ cup unsalted butter, cut into little pieces
  1. Preheat oven to 400° degrees.
  2. Slice bananas in half lengthwise.
  3. Place the bananas cut side down in the prepared baking dish.
  4. Place dry ingredients into a medium-mixing bowl.
  5. Add the butter to the dry ingredients until the mixture is crumbly.
  6. Spread the crumble mixture over the bananas in an even layer, pressing down slightly.
  7. Place the dish in the oven and bake about 20 minutes.
