Tomato Salad topped Porterhouse
  1. 1 cup diced Del Monte® plum tomatoes
  2. 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  3. 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  4. 1 tbsp chopped fresh tarragon
  5. 1 shallot, chopped
  6. salt and pepper
  7. porterhouse steak
  1. Turn grill onto medium-high heat.
  2. While the grill is heating, mix olive oil, vinegar, and tarragon in a bowl.
  3. Add in Del Monte® tomatoes and shallot.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Season steak with salt and pepper.
  6. Grill until it reaches your desired color.
  7. Remove steak from grill and top with salad.
