Bacon Wrapped Pear Salad
  1. 12 slices bacon
  2. 3 large Del Monte® pears, peeled and chunked
  3. 2/3 cup Del Monte® red grapes, cut in half
  4. 7 cups mixed salad blend
  5. 2/3 cup pecans, chopped
  6. 2/3 cup shaved Pecorino Romano cheese
  7. Balsamic vinaigrette
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Wrap one slice of bacon around each pear chunk and secure with a toothpick.
  3. Place them in a pan and bake for 10 mins. In the meantime, mix salad greens, pecans, grapes and Pecorino Romano cheese in a large salad bowl.
  4. Top with bacon wrapped pears.
  5. Serve with Balsamic Vinaigrette
