Ingredients
  1. 1 pkg (12 oz) Del Monte Vegetable Noodles (choice of zucchini and/or butternut squash)
  2. 4 cups chicken broth
  3. 2 tbsp miso paste
  4. 2 tbsp cilantro
  5. 4 oz tofu
  6. Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Add chicken broth to saucepan and bring to boil
  2. Add miso paste to a small bowl and pour ½ cup of the broth. Mix until miso sis dissolved
  3. Add the Del Monte Vegetable Noodles, tofu and cilantro to the soup
  4. Simmer for 3 minutes
  5. Remove the soup from the heat. Add the miso broth back to the pot with the rest of the soup
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste
