Avocado Santa Brownies

Ingredients
  1. 2 Del Monte® Hass avocados, halved and cut into slices
  2. ¼ cup sugar
  3. 2 eggs
  4. 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  5. ½ teaspoon baking soda
  6. ½ cup whole wheat flour
  7. ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a blender, add the avocado and sugar. Once blended, add the eggs and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  3. Add in the flour, baking soda, salt and mix well.
  4. Once blended, turn off the blender. Stir in the chocolate chips using a spoon or spatula.
  5. Spread the batter into the pan evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Test the middle of the batter with a toothpick to make sure nothing sticks.
  6. Let cool before cutting into squares.
  7. Top each brownie square with a banana, strawberry and mini marshmallow before serving!
