Avocado Hummus

Ingredients
  1. 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  2. 2 ripe avocados
  3. ¼ cup lemon juice (1 lemon, juiced)
  4. 2 garlic cloves
  5. 2 tbsp olive oil + more for garnish
  6. 1 tsp sea salt
  7. 1 tsp cumin
  8. ½ tsp paprika + more for garnish
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor or high-speed blender and blend or puree until very smooth.
  2. Transfer to a shallow, wide serving dish. Drizzle with olive oil and top with a sprinkle of paprika. Serve with Del Monte Fresh Cut Baby Carrots and Celery. Enjoy!
