1 medium Del Monte® cantaloupe, cut into thin wedges with the peel cut off.
½ head of Del Monte® lettuce
2 cups pre cooked chicken, diced
5 tbsp vanilla low-fat yogurt
5 tbsp Italian dressing (can us reduced or low fat)
8 tbsp slivered Del Monte® red onions
4 tbsp walnut pieces
4 tbsp dried cranberries

Directions for Cantaloupe and Chicken Salad with Yogurt Dressing Recipe

In a large bowl, combine chicken, yogurt, dressing, red onions, walnut and dried cranberries. Serve over lettuce and cantaloupe.
