Ingredients for Cocovanilla Fruit Salad Recipe

1 cup Del Monte® strawberries, cut in half
¾ cup Del Monte® cantaloupe, chunks
1 cup Del Monte® grapes, green or red
1 cup DEL MONTE GOLD® EXTRA SWEET PINEAPPLE, chunks
1 Del Monte® kiwi fruit, sliced with skin off
1 Del Monte® banana
¼ cup almonds, slivered
½ cup coconut, shredded
½ cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
2 tbs honey

Directions for Cocovanilla Fruit Salad Recipe

Mix fruit in a large mixing bowl. In a separate small bowl, combine yogurt and honey. Mix together and then stir into fruit mixture. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving. Just before serving, sprinkle with coconut and slivered almonds.
