1. Join a mommy and me class. Many Yoga studios have kid’s classes; kids attend a class while you attend yours. Afterwards treat yourselves to a healthy smoothie.

  2. Support your kid’s interest in sports. Encourage them to join a league and participate. Group sports teaches them camaraderie and how to behave in group settings.

  3. Go walking, biking, or rollerblading. Kids love to do things with their parents and love to emulate their parents.

  4. Encourage your kid’s to play outside with their friends
    or siblings.
