Tropical Fruit Salad

Ingredients
  1. 1 Del Monte Gold® Pineapple, cored and chopped
  2. 1 Del Monte® cantaloupe, chopped
  3. 1 papaya, chopped
  4. 2 kiwis, chopped
  5. ½ cup of lime juice
  6. 1 small bunch of fresh mint, leaves picked
  7. 2 tablespoons sugar
  8. 1 cup of yogurt
Instructions
  1. Place chopped pineapple chunks in a large bowl.
  2. Peel and slice all the other fruit and add to the bowl.
  3. Drizzle the lime juice over your fruit.
  4. Crush mint leaves with sugar in a pestle and mortar and drizzle over the fruit.
  5. Finish with dollops of yogurt and enjoy!
