Avocado and Tomato Pita Crisps

Ingredients
  1. 1 Del Monte® avocado
  2. 1 Del Monte® tomato
  3. 2 tablespoons Del Monte® onion, chopped
  4. 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
  5. 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  6. 1/8 teaspoon salt
  7. 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  8. 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  9. 2 whole wheat pitas (6"diameter)
  10. Cooking Spray
  11. Chili powder
  12. Ground cumin
  13. 2 tablespoons low-fat shredded Monterey jack cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Gently mix first 8 ingredients until just combined .
  3. Arrange pitas on baking sheet.
  4. Spray each with cooking spray and sprinkle lightly with chili powder and cumin.
  5. Broil 2 minutes or until slightly crisp.
  6. Remove from broiler.
  7. Spread half the avocado mixture on each and top each with 1 tablespoon cheese.
  8. Return to broiler for 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
